About Between Echoes
Between Echoes exists as a quiet place to land after loss.
It was created for people living with grief who don’t need fixing, analysing, or being told how to cope - but who may want to speak with someone who understands the terrain.
Between Echoes was shaped by losing my partner, Andrew, and learning to navigate life after him.
I know how isolating it can feel to carry things quietly.
I’m South African born, working with people in the UK who are walking a similar path.
Why this space exists
Between Echoes is built on presence, ease, and safety.
It offers conversation without expectation, performance, or pressure to be anything other than what you are in that moment. There is no requirement to be articulate, insightful, or “doing grief well.” This is simply a place to be human, as you are.
Sometimes it’s easier to speak with someone who understands grief not as a concept, but as lived reality.
Between Echoes exists for those moments.
When you’re ready to speak, this space is here.
